Demonstrator Spotlight
| The Vantel Pearls Vice President's Award for making a difference in the lives of others has been awarded to Manager, Tammy Vuolo of Goldvein, Virginia. Tammy's outstanding personal sales of $11,327 in April were not the deciding factor, although incredible.
Tammy's leadership example of using inspiration and encouragement to her entire team is what singles her out as someone who is making a difference. In addition to solid personal sales and recruiting in her Vantel Pearls business, working a full-time job in the US Government, teaching aerobics, active participation in community events such as the Relay For Life and the Diabetes Foundation, being a single mother, |

Holding regular aspiring Demonstrator (Leadership) trainings, individual coaching and mentoring calls, and planning individual challenges to help each Demonstrator reach her goal, are important components of Tammy's commitment to help each team member. Communication is high on her list and it goes both ways in her team. Tammy develops training activities that are customized to the needs of the individual. By focusing on the activity, a Demonstrator builds her business skills and experiences confidence to move on to the next step, one success at a time. Tammy tells her team that she would never ask them to do something that she hasn't personally done herself.
Planning team and individual challenges based upon her Demonstrator's personal goals, and reviewing statistics in Ollienet reporting, are some of the important steps Tammy takes to create fun activities that develop skills for success, in business basics, for each person on her team. Recognizing personal strengths and challenges is important in her relationship with her team, and Tammy always inspires her Demonstrators by telling them why she believes in them. Often, she will recognize and point out personal strengths before an individual realizes what they are. The result is inspiration to move forward to reach the next goal.
Achieving incredible personal sales and recruiting takes focusing on personal goals and skills. Helping others to achieve success takes relationship building, care, personal example and commitment one Demonstrator at a time. Three of Tammy Vuolo's Demonstrators appear in the Top Twenty Demonstrators in the nation: Kelly McMillion, Jennifer Vaughan, Jamie Sue Stephens.
Congratulations to Tammy Vuolo, Vantel Pearls Vice President's Award recipient for April, and her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Vantel Pearls will be donating a piece of jewelry, named Eternal Hope, for a fundraising effort to help families and individuals affected by Domestic Violence, in honor of Tammy Vuolo, in her local community.
The VP Award for Making A Difference is a monthly honor awarded by V.P. of Sales, Donna Roy, to an individual who makes a positive contribution to others through their Vantel Pearls business and personal commitment.
